Sophomore Analise Kaminski broke school records at White Clay Creek and Killen's Pond. Her 18:38 at the Joe O'Neill Invitational (pictured above on the left) established the new sophomore record.

The 2010 XC Team set many school records and now hold the fastest 5-runner average over 5000M. This group is the fastest team in school history!!

Analise Kaminski in the 1000M at the New Balance Games. Kaminski's 3:12.30 is #7 all time in Delaware.

The 4x800 team of Danielle Wegrzyn, Izzy King, Erica Trofa, and Katrina Steenkamer broke the 4x800M relay record, finishing in 10:03.08.

The 2010 track and field team made a huge dent into the well established school records, breaking the 4x800 school record in running 9:14.32, and virtually tying the 4x400 record in running 3:59.04.

In 2010 the 9:14.32 team of Emily Frydrych, Izzy King, Lindsey Prettyman, and Kasey Prettyman hold the #4 time in State History.

In 2011, Emily Frydrych set new school records in the 800 (2:14.41), 1600 (4:53.47), 3200 (10:53) and the 1-mile in 4:57. Her relay just missed the school record in the DMR (12:38).
