Cassie finishes 36th in the Northeast Region, Syracuse finishes 1st overall!!!

Cassie ran 21:14 for 6K as Syracuase took the title with 78 points at Hammonasset Beach State Park

Alison Zukowski finished 122nd for Cincinatti on Saturday at the Great Lakes Regional Championships. She ran 6K in 23:02!!

Cassie White Finishes 7th on team for #11 ranked Syracuse

St. mark's graduate Cassie White finished 62nd overall and 7th runner for #11 ranked Syracuse at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational on Saturday in Wisconsin. She finished 6000M in 21:30.

Lindsay Prettyman and Sarah Frydrych competed at the Spikes Shoe classic at Penn State over the weekend. LIndsay made her XC debut for University of Delaware and finished in 23:18. Sarah, who is running for St. Francis (PA), finished in 25:13 over 6000M.

Alison Zukowski made her Cincinnati debut with a monster PR in the 5K, at the Queen City Invitational, running 18:31 and finishing 3rd for their team.

White to Compete at NCAA East Regionals on Saturday, May 29

Cassie White will compete in the steeplechase on Saturday morning in Greensboro, NC. She qualified after finishing 6th place at the ECAC Championship in 10:26.29.

White 8th at Big East Steeple, Syracuse finishes 8th

Cassie finished 8th in 10:38.

Cassie White Qualifies for NCAA Regionals at Larry Ellis Invite

Cassie continued her steeple campaign on Friday at the Larry Ellis Invite in the steeple, lowering her personal best time to 10:29 and qualifying automatically for the NCAA Regional East Qualifier.

Cassie White 2nd at Sam Howell Invite

St. Mark's Graduate Cassie White finished 2nd overall in the Invitational Steeplechase at Princeton last weekend. Her time of 10:44 qualifies her for the ECAC Championships. For those unaware, the steeplechase is a 7 1/2 lap race on the track with 5 barriers (hurdles that don't move) in each lap. the 4th barrier also has a water pit on the other end (see pic above), just to make things more difficult. I have to admit i'm a little excited to see Cassie running well in this event!!

White finishes 10th at ECAC's, Zukowski breaks 19 minutes

November 21, Bronx, NY- Syracuse Sophomore Cassie White finished 10th overall at the ECAC Championships at Van Courtlandt Park in NY City, finishing in 17:39 over 5K. U. Delaware Sophomore Alison Zukowski broke 19 minutes for the first team, finishing the 5K in 78th place in 18:59. Congratulations.

Cassie White 2nd Overall and Top Finisher at John Reif Run

October 24, Ithaca, NY- Cassie White was the top finisher for Syracuse at the John Reif Run in Ithaca, NY on Saturday. Even in tough conditions, Cassie finished 5K in 2nd place in 18:31.

Cassie White 8th in Open 6K at Pre-Nationals

October 17, Terra Haute, Indiana- Syracuse Sophomore Cassie White finished 8th in 22:31 at the pre-national meet in Indiana on Saturday. Her team finished 4th in the White Division. Cassie's team is ranked #15 in the nation.

October 17, White Clay Creek State Park, Newark, DE. Nick Pyle finished 6th overall at the UD meet with a time of 25:59 over 8K. On the women's side, Alison Zukowski finished 23rd overall with a time of 20:01 over 5K.

Stringham 9th at ASU Invite

October 2nd, Arizona State University. Maureen Stringham finished 9th overall for the Sun Devils at the ASU Invite. She ran 17:40 for the 3 mile race.

Morrin 11th at Season Opener

September 24- Haverford, PA . St. Mark's boys' Alum Greg Morrin capped off the season with anattached 11 place finish in 20:25 for 4 miles at the Haverford XC Meet. Click HERE for a results.

5 St. Mark's Alumni Race at White Clay

September 19, Newark, DE. It was a busy day for the St. Mark's alumni at White Clay Creek. Delaware Senior Nick Pyle took 2nd place overall with a time of 26:32, Sophomore Mike O'Brian finished in 27:38, his brother Matt O'Brian, running for Wilmington University finished in 28:19, and Chad Darlington finished in 28:12 for Wilmington University. Sarah is beginning her Sophomore season at St. Francis (PA for the Red Flash. She ran XC and track and field, with great success. On the track she focused mainly on the 400 and 800.

Alison is beginning her Sophomore season at the University of Delaware. She competed in XC and Track and Field, and focused on distance events.

Maureen is entering her Junior season at Arizona State. She competed for the Sun Devils in both cross-country and track and field. Arizona State has been one of the more dominant track programs in the last 5 years, and she is moving up the ranks on the team.
